Incentive Compensation will be measured on calendar months utilizing all hours worked the trailing month, up to 170 hours. To achieve the Incentive Compensation, the Agent must meet the goals outlined. dnata will award additional compensation of $1.00 per hour for all hours worked during the trailing month, up to 170 hours for each qualified Agent.

Job Summary

As a dnata cabin service agent, you will play an important part in performing the safety and efficient cleaning of the aircraft cabin, including but not limited to:

  • Ensure thorough aircraft cleaning following company training guidelines and specifications
  • Ensure cleaning supplies readied for reach arrival, following EPA and company procedures
  • Ensure compliance with TSA and FAA regulations and policies
  • Consistently delivers om the company’s and the customer’s standards and expectations


Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without accommodations.

  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
  • Possess/maintain FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations
  • Possess/maintain a valid State Driver’s License if required
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Able to proficiently speak English
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without accommodations.

     

 

Requirements

 

  • Must be physically able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without accommodations including but not limited to standing, lifting, bending, stooping, walking, crawling, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
  • Push, pull, lift, and load up to 30 pounds (32 kg) on a regular basis
  • Ascend/descend jet-way stairs
  • Ability to understand and react to verbal and visual commands and safety warnings, with and without assistance of sight or visual aids
  • Work outside in all types of weather and around jet and machinery noises
  • Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment

Airlines fly around the clock, so our dnata ground service agents need to be flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Successful dnata ground service agents are positive and energetic, have the highest regard for safety and the greatest respect for their fellow team members.
